Lisa joined the staff in October 2007 after many years of diverse work and adventure. Lisa has spent 9 years in outdoor education and field work in places as far as the Nepal and Indian Himalayas, Ecuador, Antarctica, and Alaska, as well as the western US. She earned a BS in Environmental Science with a minor in Sociology and is spending a lifetime learning about community, social justice, her own privilege, and love. As an adventurer and activist, Lisa is dedicated to social change, personal growth, international bicycle touring, and climbing road trips in her favorite VW van.
