Vision
Passages Northwest envisions and works for a world that values girls from all backgrounds and identities equally, offers them opportunities to change their lives and their communities for the better, and supports them in realizing their individual dreams.

Operating Mission 2009-2010
We are guided by a 3-year strategic plan, with the overall goal of becoming recognized as the expert in the Greater Seattle area in providing high quality experiential education programs for girls, and as a leader in approaching this work with a multicultural focus. We currently serve 700 girls a year, and hope to serve nearly 1,000 girls a year by the end of 2011.

Strategic Priorities
To achieve this vision and mission, our priorities for the next three years include:

  • Deepening our Program Expertise by improving opportunities for alumnae and strengthening relationships with our families.
  • Expanding our Girls Rock! Program to serve more girls locally and by developing a model for national replication.
  • Expanding our Partnerships to share our expertise in girls’ development with greater numbers of local schools, organizations and parent groups.
  • Increase our Visibility through improved and strategic marketing efforts.
