Catherine is passionate about empowering others. She has over twenty years of executive and management experience with an emphasis on building effective teams. Currently, she is an independent consultant. Catherine grew up in the city and had very little exposure to the outdoors. She has fond memories of a woman who took a group of middle-school aged city girls on an overnight backpacking trip near Monte Cristo. It was Catherine's first experience hiking and she was enchanted with the beauty of the surrounding mountains and felt empowered by the experience. She is excited to have an opportunity to support girls as a member of the Passages Northwest Board and has also served as a mentor for the Girls Rock! Program for many years.
