Registration for Passages Northwest programs is an easy process, which the staff is willing to help you out with along the way. If you have any questions, please call the office at 206-286-8601.

The first step is to print out the registration form, fill it in and send it back to the office with your registration fee, along with the Payment and cancellation policy, which will hold your spot. Please make sure you read and sign the payment/cancellation/refund policy: Payment and Cancellation Policy. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to read the registration form and word for the payment policy.

If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free at http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/readstep.html#reader. If this method doesn't work for you, please contact the office and we can mail you a registration form.

Scholarships

Remember that scholarships are available for most Passages programs. If you would like to apply for a scholarship please print out the registration form and fill it all out, checking the box in the lower left corner under Payment that asks if you would like to receive a scholarship application.

You must send this in, or call the office at 206-286-8601, along with your registration fee, which is required even for applicants requesting scholarship assistance.
