How many students do you take?
We accept 10 girls per session.

When is the application deadline?
The application deadline for the Spring Girls Rock! session is Wednesday, Feb 20th and for Girls Rock On! the deadline is Wednesday, Feb 27th.

Who can participate in Girls Rock On!?
Girls Rock On! is designed for middle school girls who have completed a Girls Rock! program and want to continue. Girls will build on the community and climbing knowledge from Girls Rock! with an emphasis on beginning the development of personal leadership skills.

How much is tuition?
Tuition is $425 per student plus a siding scale $5-$25 registration fee. We readily offer scholarships to anyone who finds cost a barrier. In fact, we encourage scholarship applicants to apply.

Do you want girls who can pay? Or girls who need scholarships?
Our goal is to have 50% of our girls in the program on scholarship. We do not want to exclude either case, but we do want to make sure and provide this program first to girls who find cost a barrier and need scholarships. How does transportation work for the program?
We offer transportation to and from Vertical World for each Monday Girls Rock! and Wednesday Girls Rock On! session. Our van will pick up the girls at the school between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. Parents can choose to pick up their daughters at the gym at 7:00 p.m. when the program is over. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents to see what the program is like, however transportation can be provided home or to our offices located in Seattle’s central area.
